Terms of Use

Applies equally to the LIBEROU TV apps on Samsung, LG and Roku · Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms cover the same player in these official stores:

There is one set of terms. Installing the app from any of these stores means you accept this same document.

By installing and using a LIBEROU TV application from an official store listed above, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. What the application is

LIBEROU TV is a media player. It has no catalog of its own and does not distribute content. Its job is to play, on your device, the catalog of a service you already subscribe to, using the credentials you enter on the sign-in screen.

The application does not work without a valid login and does not ship with any built-in channel or on-demand list. This is the same on Samsung, LG and Roku.

2. Who may use it

You need an active subscription with a provider that gives you a username and password, and you must be 16 or older, or use the app under a guardian.

That subscription is contracted outside Samsung, LG and Roku, directly with your provider. The application does not sell plans, packages or in-app purchases on any of these platforms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all use made through them. Simultaneous screens follow the limits of your provider account. Sharing credentials beyond that account may lead to access being blocked by the provider.

4. Allowed use

The application is for personal, household use. You may not:

We do not support or promote illegal streaming services.

5. Availability

The service depends on your internet connection and on the availability of the provider’s servers. We may maintain, change or discontinue application features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on any platform.

6. Third-party content

Responsibility for the content shown, for transmission rights and for catalog availability sits with the service you log into, not with LIBEROU TV and not with Samsung, LG or Roku. Those companies only distribute the application through their stores.

7. Support

Support is the same for every store: this website or liberoutv@pm.me.

8. Stopping use

You may stop at any time by signing out in Profile and removing the application from the device. Cancelling the subscription follows the contract you have with the provider.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the application.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms and also applies equally to Samsung, LG and Roku.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction over disputes.
