Applies equally to the LIBEROU TV apps on Samsung, LG and Roku · Last updated: 11 October 2026
The rules, the data and the contact are the same on every platform. There is no separate policy per store.
This policy explains what data the LIBEROU TV applications collect, why they collect it, and who it is shared with.
LIBEROU TV. Privacy contact: liberoutv@pm.me.
On each session, and about every 15 minutes while it is open, the application sends the following data to our configuration server:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Device identifier | Identify this device for support and to limit simultaneous sessions. It is not your name and it is not shared with advertisers.
Samsung: DUID LG: device ID of that platform Roku: channel client ID |
| Model and manufacturer | Compatibility diagnosis and support. |
| System version and firmware | Diagnosis and compatibility.
Samsung: Tizen LG: webOS Roku: Roku OS |
| Application version | Know whether an update is available. |
| Country / language reported by the device | Pick the closest server region and the interface language. |
| Username of your subscription | Tie the session to your account for support. |
| Provider code | To find your provider's server. It is the code you type on the sign-in screen, when the app asks for one. |
| Streaming server address in use | Technical support and connection diagnosis. |
| IP address | Recorded by the server when it receives the connection, as with any internet request. |
When you sign in with a provider code, that provider, which is the service you subscribe to, can see the data above for the devices using its code: username, device, version, country and last activity. It uses them for support. No other third party receives this data.
The password of your subscription is stored only in the device’s local storage, so you do not have to type it every time. It is not sent to our configuration server.
To play content, the application sends username and password to the streaming server of your subscription, which authenticates access and delivers the catalog. That traffic goes directly from the device to that server.
When you sign out from Profile, the data saved on the device is deleted. This is the same on Samsung, LG and Roku.
The application is a media player. It does not host or distribute its own content: it only plays the catalog of the service you already subscribe to, using the credentials you enter. Without a valid login, the application shows no content. This is the same on every platform listed above.
Session records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, for support and security. They are then deleted or anonymized.
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Write to liberoutv@pm.me and we will reply within 15 days.
The application is rated 16+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this same page, with the update date at the top. The update applies to Samsung, LG and Roku together.
